Training

We believe when you stop learning... you stop growing!

Therefore we think it is important to provide opportunities for Educators to continue to learn and grow in their role.

 

Training is provided “on the job” as well as through “Coffee, Chocolate and Chat about Children” evenings and other seminars.

 

Regular opportunities are provided for Educators to gain their First Aid Qualifications. It is compulsory for Educators to have a full certificate within four months of becoming a PAUA Educator.
