Kia Ora, Hello
 
I’m Mary and I live in Woodville with my Husband and my two daughters. We came to Woodville from Palmerston North where we lived for three years after moving from the Kapiti Coast.
 
I gained my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education from Victoria University in Wellington and have been working in Early Childhood Education for ten years-beginning when my oldest daughter went to Playcentre.
 
I've always had a passion for working with young children and over the years I have experienced many different ways of educating and caring for children and their development, however I have always considered home based childcare to be one of the best options for childcare and education for young children. That is why I am delighted to be part of the PAUA Home Based Care Team as a Visiting Teacher for the Tararua region.
